At Mint & Lily, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the returns portal.
Package Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original Mint & Lily packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
